What if I need to return something?

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item CLEARLY MARKED RETURNS, in the unmarked shoe box in the condition supplied, within 10 working days.

On receipt we will happily exchange the goods or refund your money in full, for the product.

We do not refund postage costs incurred in delivery.

We advise that if you send a return parcel you get a proof of delivery from your postal/courier service so that the parcel can be traced.
