What if I need to return something?
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item CLEARLY MARKED RETURNS, in the unmarked shoe box in the condition supplied, within 10 working days.

Please do not write or stick anything on the shoe box.
On receipt we will happily exchange the goods or refund your money in full, for the product.
We do not refund postage costs incurred in delivery.
When returning - the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us safely
We advise that if you send a return parcel you get a proof of delivery from your postal/courier service so that the parcel can be traced
Cinderella Shoes are not responsible for return postage costs.
Customers returning shoes outside the 10 day period will be given online store credit to use against their next purchase.
