We do not store your credit card details, we are only responsible for your order once Sagepay inform us that payment has been made.
Our shoes are delivered worldwide every day by DHL. So you can rest assured that your shoes are on the way in good hand!
If an item that you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment then we will notify you directly so that we can inform you of expected delivery dates or discuss alternative shoe options.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in the unmarked shoe box in the condition supplied, within 10 working days.
To our overseas far away customers – we do acknowledge that you cannot physically get your returns back to us within 10 days and we do allow for this. Just, please send us an email to let us know your exchange / return is on the way to us!
On receipt we will happily exchange the goods or refund your money in full, for the product. We do not refund postage costs incurred in delivery.
When returning - the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us safely;
We advise that if you send a return parcel you get a proof of delivery from your postal / courier service so that the parcel can be traced.
