Cinderella Shoes was founded by Gina Hennessy as a global source of footwear specifically designed to address the needs of tall women. 

I've heard that it's unsafe to send personal information to some websites?  

Cinderella Shoes is a SECURE SITE and has a valid digital certificate.

This means that any information you send such as personal information or credit card details are automatically encrypted so that they can't be read or intercepted by other people. Before you send any information to us, a dialog box will be displayed confirming that you are about to view pages over a secure connection, and a lock icon will appear on your status bar.

We NEVER send any details of our customers to Third Parties.

I live overseas, how do I find the right size and indicative cost of the shoes I want to buy? 

At the left hand side of the HOME PAGE is a CURRENCY  CONVERTER section.

Cinderella Shoes display footwear prices in the following currencies;

Euros (€), Sterling (£),  U.S Dollars ($), Canadian Dollars ($),

Australian Dollars ($) and Japanese Yen (¥)

Please note the latter five are displayed for indicative purposes only.

Your credit card will be charged in Euros at the bank exchange rate of the day, but will appear in your local currency on your credit card statement.

All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT. Non-EU import duties and local sales tax are the customers responsibility. 

A  SIZE CONVERTER  is located in the fitting guide section at the top of the page, to help you find your perfect fit, wherever in the world you are ordering from. 

I've found the shoes I like - how do I order them online?  

Click on the shoe/s you like and choose your size / width and number of pairs, then click ADD TO CART and proceed to the checkout or continue shopping. Your order details are sent to us by secure email.

We can also take your order over the phone. Contact us on  +353 57 933 3873 and we would be happy to assist you in making an order. Alternatively you can print the order form and fax it to us on +353 57 933 3876,

How can I pay?

We are happy to accept most International credit and debit cards. We now also accept PayPal transactions. If you live in Eire we can also accept cheques from any Irish bank. Credit card payments are only implemented when the shoes are ready to ship.

What are the delivery costs?

The shipping costs are as follows:

€7.35 - 1 pair shoes         | €10.35 - 1 pair long boots

€3.00 - for each pair after | €6.00 - for each pair after

U.K.

€8.20 - 1 pair shoes         | €11.20 - 1 pair long boots

€3.00 - for each pair after | €6.00 - for each pair after

U.S.A. & Canada

€13.40 – 1 pair shoes         | €23.40 – 1 pair long boots

Europe

What if something is out of stock?

If an item that you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment then we will notify you directly so that we can inform you of expected delivery dates or discuss alternative shoe options. We may be able to source you a pair from our store so please contact us with any enquiries you many have.

What if I need to return something?

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in the unmarked shoe box in the condition supplied, within 10 working days to Cinderella Shoes, PO Box 147, Kilbeggan, Co Westmeath.  Please do not write or stick anything on the shoebox.

On receipt we will happily exchange the goods or refund your money in full, for the product. We do not refund postage costs incurred in delivery.

When returning - the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us safely.

We advise that if you send a return parcel you get a proof of delivery from your postal / courier service so that the parcel can be traced. 

Cinderella Shoes are not responsible for return postage costs.
