"Carol, Just to say a very big thank you for all you assistance on the 5th and 6th October. I am loving the blue Kyla boots and the Petal brogues. The boots are a little loose around the instep but thicker socks fill the gap.It there are ever any zip-up ankle boots made by the Spanish company that make the brogues I would be very interested as my Sudini (US Brand) ankle boots will no doubt give up the ghost within the next year or so! It was also extremely useful trying on the various makes and styles to find out what did and didn't fit; that has given me more confidence about ordering on-lin again. As you have had such a change in your suppliers over the last few years I no longer felt I knew the brands; that has now been remedied!

On my recent visit to Cinderella Shoes I was very impressed by the knowledge of Carol, the manageress. Describing an 'A' heel with a 'B' width foot was not met with horror but with detailed knowledge of which manufacturers would fit. There was a genuine interest in serving me what would fit, rather than just getting anything from stock. I felt reassured that MY best interests were what counted, not a 'sale'. This was further illustrated when a lady came in and asked about shoes for wide feet – she was only (!) a 6 - Carol asked to see her feet, established what the lady was looking for and gave her a comprehensive guide to manufacturers and stockists in and around Dublin, as to what would best suit her needs. Carol not only knows her stick but is extremely knowledgeable about footwear in general! I have no hesitation in recommending Cinderella Shoes for those if us blessed with 'a good understanding' - ie larger feet! Thank you"

"Hey Carol, The boots arrived this morning. I resisted opening the package at work. After work, I arrived 20 minutes early for a GP appointment, and opened the parcel in the car. Excellent fit, both of them, and so well made, even though they're size 10, they don't look like shoe boxes! Have usually bought size 9 wide fit from a well - known high street clothing retailer. No longevity, not half as elegant - the last pair of flat heeled boots I bought from them, looked like wellies - wide on the foot and wide and gaping on the leg! I'll definitely buy more from you, and now I don't have to panic anymore about where to get my sandals and summer shoes from! Will now have much prettier shoes to wear to Mass!
